Obama's Favorite Hawaiian Foods

As a teenager growing up in Honolulu, President Obama's favorite Hawaiian-style food came from Rainbow Drive Inn at Kapahulu Avenue. His go-to Hawaiian foods are:

Hawaiian-style chili
Shoyu chicken
Macaroni salad
Kahlua pig
Lomi salmon
Long rice
Haupia (a traditional coconut milk-based Hawaiian dessert)
Fresh pineapple
Spam musubi (a block of rice with a slice of grilled Spam on top, with a seaweed wrap holding it together)
Assorted sushi
Shaved ice (as seen in photo)
