Redmond, Wash. March 5, 2007 - Today.msnbc.com is now TODAYshow.com. Partnering with iVillage.com, the leading online women's destination, the new TODAYshow.com debuts this morning, giving "TODAY's" online audience a 360-degree experience with a new design, new editorial content and fully interactive features. A seamless compliment to NBC News' successful TODAY Show, TODAYshow.com will focus on the people of Today - newsmakers and celebrities, anchors, correspondents and production staff, in addition to the fans in Rockefeller Plaza and the audience watching at home or visiting online.
New features include a daily TODAY blog, a weekly behind-the-scenes video blog from Al Roker, new columnists, message boards and in-depth stories about newsmakers big and small.
Partnering with iVillage.com, the new TODAY site will include co-branded iVillage/TODAY experts in video segments and integrated iVillage content such as the blogs from TODAY talent Meredith Viera and Natalie Morales, original editorial pieces and links to tools such as the popular Makeover-O-Matic and the 3-D Pregnancy Calendar for moms-to-be. iVillage and Today recently launched a series of polls called the iVillage Index, showcasing what's on the minds of women everywhere. Results are shared regularly on the Today Show and will live on both iVillage.com and TODAYshow.com.
