The partnership, which kicks-off today at www.iVillage.com/BecauseISaidSo, includes:
- Because I Said So microsite on iVillage.com, featuring movie trailers and clips, Q&A session with the stars, message boards on meddling moms and a mother/daughter quiz that helps visitors decide which man is Mr. Right... for women of any age!
- iVillage Live, the brand's newly launched interactive talk show on NBC stations, will promote the partnership with a segment on mother/daughter relationships and direct viewers to the co-branded microsite.
- An instant-win sweepstakes, in which participants can enter daily for a chance to win Because I Said So merchandise and DVDs of their favorite romantic comedies. One grand prize winner will receive a trip for two to Los Angeles to visit the set of NBC's dramatic series Passions and have lunch with cast members from the show.
