New York, NY - June 21, 2007 - Deborah Fine, President of iVillage Properties, today announced the appointment of Michael Gutkowski to the iVillage leadership team as Chief Operating Officer. Reporting to Fine, Gutkowski is charged with implementing the company's strategic path and for managing day-to-day operations for all iVillage Properties, including iVillage.com, iVillage UK, iVillage Total Health, Astrology.com, GardenWeb and gURL.com. He will begin on July 16th.

Currently, Gutkowski is serving as Senior Vice President, Digital, for Southern Progress Corporation, a Time, Inc. division, where he was instrumental in helping to define and execute the digital strategy for the division. Most recently, Southern Progress Corporation successfully launched MyRecipes.com, a food portal leveraging best-in-class content from brands such as Cooking Light and Southern Living magazines.
