NEW YORK - March 13, 2008 - Five weeks from the Pennsylvania primary, an informal pulse check of the iVillage.com community found that Hillary Clinton, John McCain and Barack Obama are in a draw for the women's vote.
iVillage.com (www.ivillage.com), the leading online destination for women, found that Sen. Clinton, making history as the first female contender for the US presidency, edged out Sen. Obama by only 1%, with Clinton taking in 36% of the over 1,000 votes, compared to Obama's 35%.
Not to be counted out, Republican Senator John McCain brought in 30% of the votes, further solidifying the fact that this year's election promises to be a thrilling race to the very end in November.
