    Ingredients

    1 1/2 cups bread crumbs 1/2 cup Italian parsley, chopped
    5 eggs 1/2 cup cooked onions
    1 cup whole milk 1 Tbs salt
    3/4 cup pecorino romano 1/2 Tbs black pepper
    1 Tbs confit garlic 2 1/2 lbs ground prime beef

      Combine bread crumbs, eggs, onions, milk, cheese, garlic, parsley, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Add beef; mix by hand until just combined.

      Scoop approximately 2 oz. meat mixture to form balls and arrange on sheet pan, chill.

      Bake at 500° for 12 minutes.

      Remove from oven, drain and bake in simmering tomato sauce. Cook thoroughly.

      To serve, spoon ½ cup of tomato sauce into serving bowl. Place six meatballs on top of sauce and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Top with leaves of basil and parsley.
