Prince Harry: Naughty!

Prince Harry has earned his reputation as the naughty Prince (remember that Nazi costume?), but he really outdid himself this summer when photos surfaced of his crown jewels. While visiting Las Vegas in August, Harry took it all off during a game of strip billiards in his VIP suite. "He didn’t do anything unlawful," the palace proclaimed in a surprising defense. The Prince, who's third in line for the throne, proceeded to lay low after the scandal and has been seen fully clothed ever since. Because he's so cute, we can forgive his naked slip-up -- we're just not sure Santa will.
