Whether it's elaborate, secret or comic, the moment the question is popped is one that no married woman will ever forget. (Plus, it makes for a great story!) Here is this week's Proposal of the Week:

My boyfriend and I take walks around his parents' property on a regular basis, so when he recently asked me if I'd like to go on one, it was no surprise at all. We walked to a creek that's about a half a mile away from the house and up onto the bridge. We often stop there to look at the stars and just enjoy the quiet time together, so again, everything seemed perfectly normal. We sat down to talk, but this time he started by saying, 'I have a question to ask you.' Just as he said his next words, he flipped a switch and beautiful white, twinkling lights (my favorite) lit up the entire field and creek. "Will you marry me?" It was so beautiful! In fact, I squealed so much that he had to ask me again. Of course, I said yes!
