Listen up, Shrek fans! If you loved the irresistible, sword-slinging cat Puss in Boots (voiced by Antonio Banderas) in the hit films, then you'll love this new animated adventure dedicated solely to him. In the upcoming movie Puss in Boots, we learn what the frisky feline's life was like before he befriended that famous green ogre.

iVillage got its hands on an exclusive clip from the family-friendly film (in theaters Nov. 4), which also stars Salma Hayek as the voice of Puss' alluring partner-in-crime, Kitty Softpaws. Watch below as the two cats meet each other for the first time -- and make plans to get into all kinds of trouble together. Meow!
