|1/2 cup caramelized onion||8 eggs|
|1/2 cup chanterelle mushrooms||1 cup milk|
|2 tablespoons Dijon mustard||1/4 cup flour|
|1 teaspoon dried parsley||Salt and pepper to taste|
|1 1/2 cup fat free Swiss cheese|
Mix the eggs, milk, spices, mustard and flour together, then stir in cheese and veggies
Pour into a deep pie pan and bake at 350 degrees F for about 45 minutes.
