| 1/2 cup caramelized onion | 8 eggs | |
| 1/2 cup chanterelle mushrooms | 1 cup milk | |
| 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard | 1/4 cup flour | |
| 1 teaspoon dried parsley | Salt and pepper to taste | |
| 1 1/2 cup fat free Swiss cheese |
Mix the eggs, milk, spices, mustard and flour together, then stir in cheese and veggies
Pour into a deep pie pan and bake at 350 degrees F for about 45 minutes.
