|1 lb lean ground beef||1 can (10.75 oz) condensed tomato soup|
|1 small chopped onion||1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce|
|12 oz cooked elbow macaroni||1/4 cup water|
|1 can (8 oz) mushrooms with stems and pieces, drained|
In skillet, brown ground beef and onion; drain
Combine all ingredients in a casserole dish, cover and bake in 350 F oven for 30 minutes, or until thoroughly warmed
Serve sprinkled with Parmesan cheese
