    16 oz Defrosted tilapia fillets 4 T Olive Oil
    1/3 cup Evaporated Milk 1 pn Cilantro to taste
    5 Large Mushrooms 1 pinch Salt to taste
    1/2 Red Onion chopped 1 pinch Garlic powder to taste

      Heat olive oil in large frying pan and sauté the onion and mushrooms until soft. Set aside.

      Using the same pan, heat olive oil and fry fish fillets flipping sides until flaky. Reduce heat to medium. Split each fillet in 3 parts and stir fish in pan.

      Season with salt and a little bit of garlic powder.

      Add evaporated milk and stir. Add mushrooms and onions. Stir briefly and remove from heat.

      Serve over white rice.
