    1 ready-to-heat 12-inch pizza crust or focaccia 8 ounces fresh mozzarella
    3/4 cup classic tomato sauce 3 tablespoons fresh basil

      Spread pizza crust or focaccia with tomato sauce. Over the sauce place slices of mozzarella, then a generous sprinkling of fresh basil leaves.

      Bake on a pre-heated baking stone or cookie sheet at 500 degrees F for 10 to 15 minutes, watching that the crust doesn't burn. Serve immediately.
