Toddlers are notoriously finicky eaters, so making sure yours is well fed may require you to be part short order cook, part saleswoman. Your tot may adore mac and cheese one day and then refuse it altogether the next. (Maddening!) It's enough to make any mama dread dinnertime. Just know this: Avoiding some foods is a normal part of being a toddler, and yours will probably outgrow it...eventually. In the meantime, continue serving healthy meals but don't force him to eat what he doesn't want. And instead of fretting over every morsel, focus more on making sure he has a well-balanced weekly diet.
