Exercise with baby. "While I was on maternity leave, I exercised two-three times per week by pushing the stroller around the neighborhood. My son and I got out of the house and enjoyed some fresh air, and it also helped me lose the extra pounds… I also exercised in my living room by holding my son in my arms, using him as a weight -- and a dancing partner! It really toned my arm muscles."
Running errands? Park far from the store entrance. "I did this to burn more calories."
Multitask. "While I brushed my teeth, I lifted my knees to help tone my abs."
Avoid processed foods. "Read the labels and stay away from stuff that's processed or high in sugar or sodium."
