Reclaim and Increase Your Initial Motivation

Perhaps you want to get more exercise because it makes you feel better. That’s great, but you’ll be more motivated if your goal is more specific, realistic and gradual. Think about participating in a race. Begin with a 5K, and create a training plan. Start by walking and gradually build to running. Once you accomplish one goal, you’ll be more motivated to set and accomplish another goal.
