Why you should see it: Maher takes his rants to the big screen, as the famous atheist examines Christianity, Islam, Hinduism and other religions to try to understand why people believe what they believe.
Box office bottom line: As you can imagine, Maher's examination isn't an especially reverent one, meaning the movie (directed by Seinfeld and Curb Your Enthusiasm producer Larry Charles) will be a controversy magnet and that Maher might just give Michael Moore a run for his documentary dollars.
