    1 16 oz rib eye 1/2 cup of red wine
    1 pound mixed mushrooms Kosher salt to taste
    2 tablespoons fresh thyme Cracked black pepper
    2 tablespoons manicured garlic 1/4 pound unsalted butter
    2 tablespoons manicured shallots

      Season steak on both sides with kosher salt and pepper.

      Place steak on grill on high heat for two minutes on each side. Then move to cooler side of the grill to bring to desired temperature.

      In a saute pan, add 1/2 your butter. Toast off garlic and shallots.

      Fold in mushrooms. Season with salt and deglaze with red wine.

      Add thyme and allow to reduce until mushroom sauce become glazey. 6. Baste steak with remaining butter.
