Well, the slimy first winner of Survivor has done his time and has been sprung from federal prison. Rich spent four years(!) in the clink on charges of tax evasion. He was released early for good behavior. He's set to reside in a halfway house in Pennsylvania until Oct. 7.

Richard, who won $1 million, has always claimed to be innocent -- saying that he thought the show was going to handle his taxes.
