GQ is snapping back at Rielle Hunter, the mistress of former Presidential candidate John Edwards, for bashing the photos they used for the story on her.
Hunter, 45, recently spoke with Barbara Walters about the pictures in the latest issue of the magazine, which feature the mother of 2-year-old Frances Quinn (Edwards is the father), in nothing but a white shirt, underwear and pearls.
Hunter told Walters she thought the photographer was only going to use mostly headshots and found the final product to be "repulsive."
Now, GQ is responding to Hunter's claims that their photog Mark Seliger in any way deceived her. GQ reporter Lisa DePaulo told Good Morning America, "Rielle is a smart woman. She knows what she wore and what she was doing in the photo shoot."
DePaulo, who had interviewed Hunter for the 1,000+ word story for the magazine recently told The Today Show, that the former actress seemed "unapologetic" about all that has happened between she and Edwards.
GQ also dropped a bombshell on GMA that Hunter was, in fact, aware of everything that was happening during the shoot. The magazine shared a video on the morning news program which featured Seliger asking Hunter after being snapped, "You want to take a look at this?"
