Righteous Kill

Why you should see it: Sure, Pacino and De Niro have been in the same movie before, but they've never shared so much screen time (other than the classic Heat, a definite must-see). The Godfather alums are New York City detectives who try to track down a serial killer who may or may not have a connection to a murderer—an alleged murderer—they put away years ago.
Box office bottom line: The September 12 weekend is going to be a busy one for movie fans, but a Pacino/De Niro pairing is enough to put Kill atop most moviegoers' must-see list.
