Rihanna may have spent some quality time with baseball player Matt Kemp during a recent vacation, that doesn't mean he'll be walking the red carpet with her at Sunday's Grammy Awards.
"I'm going to the Grammys alone, as always!" the singer, 21, said Thursday morning during a local radio interview in Los Angeles. "Even when I was in a relationship, I always have gone alone."
So is the 25-year-old L.A. Dodger actually a boyfriend of Rihanna's? Not according to her. "I'm still single, if that's what you really want to ask!" she told the radio deejay.
As for the flirty photos snapped of Kemp with Rihanna, the pop star simply said their trip to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, over the holidays was "a blast!"
It has been a year since Rihanna's ex-boyfriend Chris Brown was arrested for domestic abuse after attacking the pop star in his car the night before the 2009 Grammys.
