Rihanna Joins Twitter, Announces New Album

Rihanna is reaching out to her fans – and she's got good news for them. The singer has set up a Twitter account, and her first message told the world she's about to release a new album!
"The Wait Is Ova. Nov 23 09," Rihanna Tweeted on Tuesday. This will be the singer's fourth solo album, and her first since 2007.
We're thrilled that Ri (who was recently rumored to be hanging out with Justin Timberlake) is feeling strong and is ready to take on the world again -- and we can't wait to hear her new music. With the emotional year that she's had, we're sure there is going to be some powerful stuff on the new album.
