It probably would be more shocking if Robert Downey Jr.'s lengthy rap sheet didn’t include tax evasion. Having faced years of legal trouble (not to mention jail time for drugs and drunk driving) in the '90s, the actor became debt-free in 2007, when the IRS removed his last lien for $495,229.
