If Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart are really just friends, like he just told Vanity Fair, then what were they doing spending the night together at the Chateau Marmont? We doubt they were hanging out and playing checkers.
According to UsMagazine.com, the New Moon stars had a romantic night at Hollywood's famed hotel on October 29 -- and shared a bagel-filled breakfast the next morning -- before heading out to see an advanced screening of the Twilight sequel.
"Rob wanted a cigarette so he went outside with Kristen for about 15 minutes," a source blabbed. "They were hugging, as Rob was smoking his cigarette and then he leaned down and kissed her on the lips. He had his arm around her almost the whole time."
