Rose Garden

Dress up a simple single rose by planting it in the center of a potted growing "baby tears" plant.

  • 1 potted baby tears plant
  • 1 single rose fitted with a water pick
  • 1 recycled plant pot or jar

Pot the baby tears plant in a plant pot or recycled jar (we used an old mustard jar).

Cut the rose to a 3-inch stem and fit with a water pick. Place the water pick through the center of the plant.

Add water to the pick daily and change the rose as needed.

Roses and baby tears are available in the floral department of most grocery stores.

Picks can be purchased with single roses or bought at a craft store such as A.C. Moore or Michaels.
