This topping is killer on pumpkin, apple, pecan or mincemeat pies. Make extra and leave it on the table, and you'll return an empty bowl to the kitchen!

| 1 cup whipping cream or heavy cream | 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon | |
| 1/3 cup superfine sugar | 2 tablespoons rum |
Whip the cream with an electric mixer until thickened. Add the sugar and cinnamon and continue whipping until soft peaks form. Add the rum and continue whipping for 1 more minute.
