Nike Lunar Glides and Nike Frees

"I have slight pronation [in which the heel bone angles inward] so for my longer runs, I still wear a mild/moderate stability shoe--Nike Lunar Glides. I think the LGs were a good transition to the Nike Frees because they have stability, but are adaptive. As long as you start out slowly in the Nike Frees, there's really nothing to be nervous about.  It's actually a more natural way of running.  I do fully believe that for me, my old shoes were a major culprit of my previous injuries."—cl-vexer_hw
