TMZ reports that Anna Nicole Smith's 18-month-old daughter Dannielynn has been declared the sole heir to the former starlet's estate. In the meantime, a trust has been established in her name with Howard K. Stern and father Larry Birkhead as the trusty trustees, Danniellyn stands to inherit millions from Smith's late husband Texas gabillionaire Howard Marshall,
Meantime, according to Star Magazine, Ryan Reynolds, Scarlett Johansson's BF of 11 months has been jewelry shopping. For a ring. Thing is, Scar-jo's allegedly feeling a little wary because the last time Reynolds gave a gal his ring, it was Alanis Morissette. The couple was engaged in 2004 but split in 2007 after NOT tying the knot. Isn't it ironic, don't ya think? Meantime. On the music tip, Perezhilton reports that Scar-jo's eagerly anticipated album is comprised of Tom Waits' covers. Feel that fact. Not to mention that none other than David Bowie provides background vocals on two of the tracks.
Speaking of how did that happen, Us Magazine reports that, following the footsteps of Lisa Rinna and Brooke Shields, Nicole Ritchie may be next to play Roxie Hart in the Broadway production of Chicago. According to Us, it's all okay because Ritchie did musicals in high school, so she's clearly ready for Broadway. Though, if push comes to shove, I'd love to see her do Shakespeare in the Park. Fianlly, according to TMZ, Valerie Bertinelli, former One Day at a Time star, has just signed on with CBS to develop a new syndicated talk show. The former Jenny Craig spokeswoman and Eddie Van Halen lovely, has also penned an autobiography called Losing It: And Gaining My Life Back One Pound at a Time. In Touch reports that in said ME-moir, Bertinelli reveals some amazing info about her past, such as her alleged romance with none other than Steven Spielberg after a failed audition when she was still a teen.
