From shock over the cutest couple in Hollywood (Michelle Williams and Jason Segel, in case you weren't sure) calling it quits to Jack and the Giant Slayer making us reminisce about our favorite fairy tale hunks, these are the stories we were reading this week!
This was one breakup that we didn't see coming: Michelle and Jason. This cute twosome kept out of the spotlight, never posed together, and always seemed to be sharing the sweetest outings with Michelle's daughter, Matilda. Sadly, long distance is reportedly to blame for the split. People captured everyone's shock over the news by compiling all the reasons why we are mourning the duo's demise. We hope Matilda is at least taking it okay.
Our excitement was hard to contain when it was announced that Kristen Wiig would be joining the cast of the Anchorman: The Legend Continues. And although sequels can fail (Sex and the City 2), others just rock (Toy Story 2). HelloGiggles rounded up their picks for sequels that they are dying to see happen. Our fave by far: Clueless 2!
Knights to Remember
With Jack and the Giant Slayer, starring Ewan McGregor and Nicolas Hoult, hitting theaters, what better time to flash back to the hottest sword-carrying hunks of the big screen. Celebuzz rounded up the sizzling studs that we loved seeing in armor: from the gone-too-soon Heath Ledger to the bulked-up Brad Pitt.
Loving Jennifer Lawrence
The Silver Linings Playbook star has had quite the week. Though she stumbled on her way to the stage to accept her best actress Oscar -- and because she so easily brushed it off -- Jennifer has made us fall in love with her even more. As soon as awards season wrapped, Jen went back to brunette and headed down to Hawaii to chill out before filming Catching Fire -- and boy, are we jealous of the blast she is having. Check out Popsugar's hysterical take -- in GIFs! -- on all the fun we're missing by not being the actress' BFF.
Yes, the Oscars just ended, and we won't be honoring another best film for another full year. But that doesn't mean that we can't start planning ... does it? Seth McFarlane has already said he won't host again. So who will take the reins next? Will Billy Crystal return? BuzzFeed runs down the 8 best choices for the next Oscars host. Did your pick make the cut?
