The Screen Actor Guild Awards were given out last night and Heath Ledger's bittersweet, posthumous winning streak continued. Dark Knight costar, Gary Oldman, accepted the Best Supporting Actor award on Heath's behalf, choking up during his speech.

"I'm quite emotional," Gary said. "He was an extraordinary young man with an extraordinary talent, and it is wonderful that you have acknowledged that."

Taking home the statues for best actor and actress were Sean Penn for his role in Milk, and Meryl Streep for Doubt.

"I didn't even buy a dress," Meryl said, who wore black pants. "I'm really, really shocked."

Don't feel bad for Kate Winslet, who's like butter this award season (on a roll, get it?), as our favorite lady grabbed a SAG for supporting actress in The Reader.

In the TV comedy category, 30 Rock swept, honoring Tina Fey, Alec Baldwin and the ensemble. John Adams took home a bunch of dramatic TV awards, but everybody's favorite sharped-tongued doctor, House's Hugh Laurie, won for best male actor in a drama series for the second year in a row.

"I actually had $100 on James Spader [winning]," Hugh said. "This is just not my night!"

Slumdog Millionaire continues to be the little movie that could, as it was honored with the award for outstanding cast in a motion picture. Could the Oscar be next?
