Plain old salt dough gets a spooky upgrade with this tactile activity. It's a fun craft for the whole family -- and results in decorations you'll display on the fridge for years to come. From: Childhood Beckons What You'll Need: Two cups of flour, one cup of salt, one cup of warm water, cookie cutters, paint, magnets and a hot-glue gun or other strong adhesive. Directions: Mix the flour and salt together, adding the water slowly. Use your hands to combine. Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and roll it out with a rolling pin, about a quarter-inch thick. Use cookie cutters to make shapes. Place the shapes on a cookie sheet and let them dry in the over for about four hours at 200 degrees. Once the dough is dry and hard, paint the shapes and glue the magnets to the back.
