On April 28, 2010, Sandra Bullock shocked fans when she announced that she had secretly adopted a baby boy. Louis Bardo was born in New Orleans in January 2010, and the actress had originally planned to raise him with her ex-husband Jesse James. But when the couple separated in March of that year, Bullock made plans to raise Louis as a single mom. "He's just perfect, I can't even describe him any other way," the proud mama told People. "It's like he's always been a part of our lives."
