If there could possibly be a bright side to Sandra Bullock's recent troubles, it's that she may emerge from her broken marriage financially unscathed, after all is said and done. Insiders now say that if the actress and her husband, alleged "serial cheater" Jesse James, do decide to divorce, the Oscar-winner won't be losing any of her cash: the couple reportedly signed a prenuptial agreement before their 2005 wedding.
"They keep everything separate," the source said. "She has her money and he has his. They both wanted it that way."
Bullock's reps have said that she has yet to hire a divorce lawyer (although she has moved out of their home), but if they do end their marriage, whatever cash and property that was Bullock's will remain hers. And insiders say that the Blind Side star "has never taken a dime" from any of her husband's businesses, including West Coast Choppers, and that even their Orange County home belonged entirely to James.
No worries, though: Bullock won't be homeless if she does leave James for good, as she "has always kept her own home in the Hollywood Hills," a source said.
