The Grey's Anatomy star was married to Director Alexander Payne, who wrote and directed the film Sideways, until March 2005 when the couple announced that they "mutually decided to separate." Sandra filed for divorce the following month. While the divorce is official, financial details still need to be worked out. Huh, I wonder if Sandra wasn't on the hottest show on TV if that would be the case... sounds suspicious to me.
