Birth Announcement: A rep for the actress (who plays Dr. April Kepner on the medical drama) confirmed the news to People. "She and her husband, Peter Lanfer, are in love with him!" the rep said of the couple's baby boy, who weighed in at 7 lbs., 4 oz and is 19 inches long.
