"Yes, she's had it removed," a source close to the actress confirmed.
No reason was given for why Sarah finally decided to go under the knife, but I think she looks so much better. And, from the way she was beaming at Tuesday night's All-Star game, Carrie Bradshaw seems to be very satisfied with the results.
