Gold’s Gym has introduced Cardio Cinema, where movies play on a large screen in a darkened “theater” full of bikes, treadmills and elliptical machines. Other gyms are investing in equipment like Expresso bikes, which allow riders to watch TV shows, listen to music or take interactive tours through different settings... including outer space!
