Cellulite-Crusher #1: Sayonara Squats
Stand with your feet hip-width apart, chest lifted, shoulders back, abs tight, elbows bent and palms pressed together in front of your chest, fingers pointing up. Keeping your body upright and back straight, inhale and sit back until your thighs are parallel to the floor (don’t go deeper than 90 degrees). Make sure your knees stay behind your toes. Pressing into your heels, exhale and straighten your legs to return to the starting position. Repeat 12 times.
For a Quicker KO: “Excessive stress increases the secretion of a hormone called cortisol that promotes fat storage,” says Warden. His advice: For a quicker slim down, don't constantly wrap yourself in worry -- remember to chill out once in a while.
