Scarlett Johansson hasn't been a single lady for very long, but she's supposedly already got her sights set on a much older man. Us Weekly reports that the 26-year-old actress is "smitten" with 50-year-old Sean Penn.
Scarlett and her soon-to-be ex-husband Ryan Reynolds still haven't finalized their divorce, but the actress has reportedly been getting cozy with her new leading man since January. She met the Milk Oscar winner when staying at L.A.'s Chateau Marmont while filming We Bought a Zoo with Matt Damon.
"Their first hook-up was in Scarlett's bungalow," a source claims. "Scarlett first reached out to Sean when she was planning to visit Haiti with Oxfam. Sean was living there in a tent and (she) turned to him for advice."
Although Scarlett never went on the trip, she did develop a relationship with Penn, who just finalized his own divorce, from actress Robin Wright, in August 2010.
Since splitting from Reynolds in December, Johansson has been briefly linked to SNL funnyman Jason Sudeikis, while Reynolds has been seen spending time with his erstwhile The Proposal costar Sandra Bullock (though the pair have yet to confirm that they are more than friends).
As far as Penn goes, sure he's two-and-a-half decades older than Johansson -- but age is nothing but a number, right? Maybe Scarlett should give Catherine Zeta-Jones a call for some tips!
