Sculpt Sexy Arms

I've literally walked my butt off, along with my waist, thighs and a little bit of hips. I'm almost ready for a two-piece, but not quite. I just don't have the tone in my arms, shoulders and back area. Do you have any quick toning ideas? I don't have the resources or time to join a gym and hire a trainer. Is there something I can do while I'm walking? —Jilly
