Sean Duffy: From 'The Real World' to Congress!

From MTV to the U.S. Congress! Former Real World: Boston cast member Sean Duffy is making the music network proud, as the 39-year-old won an open seat in Wisconsin's 7th Congressional district on Tuesday.

"What a great night in Wisconsin," Duffy, a Republican, cheered at a victory party in Wausau, Wisc. early Wednesday after beating out state Senator Julie Lassa.

Duffy was previously the district attorney for Wisconsin's Ashland County, but before his career in law and politics took off, he was just your every day reality star. After appearing on 1997's sixth season of MTV's Real World, Duffy showed up again in 2002 to compete on Real World/Road Rules Challenge.

Keeping it all in the MTV family, the new congressman married fellow Real World star Rachel Campos, who appeared in the San Francisco season. The couple have six children together.
