Sean Penn has a new lady in his life -- and it sounds like they've got a lot in common. People reports that Penn, 51, has been seeing Shannon Costello, 26, since the beginning of July. The Tree of Life actor met the lovely brunette while working on something close to his heart: his J/P Haitian Relief Organization. Costello is the former communications director of the charitable organization also an emerging producer who has worked on the documentary Waiting for Superman and the ABC News show 20/20.
Penn and his new gal (formerly misidentified by the press as Stacey Koplin) have been spending a lot of time together on both coasts this summer, hanging out on the beach in Malibu, Calif., and dining in fancy restaurants in Miami.
