Sean Penn and Robin Wright Penn have called off their divorce proceedings -- again. According to the NY Daily News, the Oscar winner filed a request in Marin County Superior Court to dismiss their legal separation case, which Sean filed last month.
They couple originally filed for divorce in December 2007, but that petition was later dismissed.
"It was an arrogant mistake," Sean told the newspaper of their most recent legal split.
