NSD: What was your big turning point-either during the show or before that made you realize you needed to lose the weight?
Frequent trips to the ER or calls to 911 for high blood pressure and panic attacks.

NSD: What is one thing you wish you had known before going on The Biggest Loser?
That I was capable of losing weight and becoming more active

NSD: Did you think it’s harder or easier to be on the show with a family member as a teammate as opposed to competing by yourself?  I think it's easier to be with a family member because you're with someone you know and you can push each other and you know what makes the other person tick.

NSD: If you could have done one thing differently during the show, what would it be?
Lost more weight in week one

NSD: What was the hardest thing to adapt to while being on the ranch?
Being away form my wife and having no outside communication or television

NSD: What is one thing that keeps you motivated?
My future wedding ceremony and future children

NSD: What is your favorite workout?
Throwing a medicine ball against an impact wall.

NSD: What's the best advice Bob or Jillian has given you?
Bob told me not to compare myself to other contestants as they don't know what I've been through and my physical limitations will not stop me from being successful.

NSD: What is your favorite meal or snack?
Tilapia or orange ruffee with asparagus

NSD: What's something viewers at home wouldn't know from watching the show?
I'm not sure. I think I laid it all out there.
