How to choose: Choose collard greens that have smooth, green leaves. Avoid leaves with insect damage or tears.

How to store: Before storing, wash collard greens in lukewarm water to remove any dirt. Wrap the greens in a damp paper towel, place them in a plastic bag and store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
