Selena Gomez to Create Fashion Line for Kmart

Is there anything those Disney kids can't do? From singing to acting to...apparel design? Yes, another teen TV star is developing a new clothing line.

Selena Gomez of Wizards of Waverly Place has joined forces with Kmart to bring teens a line of clothes for juniors, called “Dream Out Loud.”  In addition to clothing, the 17-year-old's new collection is set to include handbags, belts, scarves, hats, hair accessories, socks and hosiery, and will hit stores in July. Gomez's goods will be moderately priced and, come October, she will be adding her own line of footwear, too.

“I am proud to be able to join forces with Kmart to release my own fashion collection!” says Gomez. “This has been a dream of mine for as long as I can remember and I feel privileged to be able to give the consumer great product at a great value.”
