Serve food from both team's cities

It’s a tale of two cities on the gridiron—and it can be a tale of two cities on your table, just as easily. Offer your guests the chance to show their loyalty through their stomachs by serving up dishes from both teams’ hometowns. “Putting in a few new surprises keeps the party fresh,” says Patricia Mendez, author of Easy Entertaining for Beginners. New Orleans Saints on TV? Serve up po’boys and beignets to truly laissez les bons temps roulez. Chicago Bears lining up on the 40-yard line? Treat your guests to some Chicago-style hot dogs with all the fixings or some classic deep-dish pizza. Houston Texans taking to the field? Set out some platters of BBQ ribs (and a whole lot of napkins). You can even find microbrews that come from each team’s town and pair those with the local dishes.
