|6 boneless, skinless chicken-breast halves||1/2 cup dry white wine or vermouth|
|1/4 cup soy sauce||1 clove garlic, minced|
|1/4 cup olive oil||3 tablespoons sesame seeds, lightly toasted|
Cut chicken breasts into 1-inch cubes and place in a bowl or casserole
Combine soy sauce, olive oil, wine, and garlic and pour over chicken
Marinate in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes
Preheat oven to broil or prepare gr
Remove chicken from marinade and reserve marinade
Skewer chicken and broil or grill until cooked through, basting occasionally with marinade
Roll chicken in sesame seeds and serve over rice
Heat marinade and spoon over chicken and rice.
