Seth Rogen is not your typical superhero.
In his new comedy The Green Hornet (which hits theaters Jan. 14), the actor's character wears a mask and fights crime. But unlike most superheroes, he also gets his butt kicked -- by a girl. But Rogen says he had no problem receiving a few punches from costar Cameron Diaz.
"She's far more physically capable than I am. She's like a real athlete, and I am not an athlete. I am soft," Rogen, 28, tells iVillage exclusively. "I think she could kick my ass in real life, so it only seemed right that she kick my ass in the movie."
The actor, who cowrote the Green Hornet screenplay, also strayed from tradition when it came to his character's wardrobe. Despite his recent weight loss, the actor wasn't quite ready for a revealing superhero costume.
"There was a big tights debate, but ultimately I think the world was not ready for me in 3D in tights," Rogen says. "That's just too much stimulus for people...You just can't bombard people with that much visual imagery."
Rogen, who recently got engaged to Lauren Miller, also opened up about his love life. Watch our exclusive video interview to find out the funnyman's tiny contribution to his wedding planning and what his fiancee thinks is his most annoying habit.
